We are Ahlswede Inc. Properties Services and our clients trust us to care for their properties and ensure their property is safe functional and attractive.  We use the latest equipment, knowledge and researched products to give them peace of mind their property is being maintained at the highest level.

Our services are requested by owners of seasonal retreats to some of the finest estates in the area.

We are currently looking to expand our professional team by adding maintenance personnel in lawn mowing, landscape maintenance and home/handyman maintenance.

You will be:

• Working in team environment

• Following quality guidelines

• Using the latest equipment

Have the following responsibilities:

• Operating equipment

• Learn procedures

• Filling out job sheets/maintaining notes for

        properties
 

Salary

• You will start at an hourly rate based on current knowledge and experience.

• You will have the opportunity to be moved to a year-round salary position after the first year.

Benefits after 60 days:

• 40 hrs. paid vacation

• Retirement w/3% match

• Optional Health Insurance
